Dunlea Centre was thrilled to receive a very generous donation of weighted blankets from Neptune Blanket. Weighted blankets are brilliant to assist with emotion regulation, to support sleep hygiene and reduce anxiety.
At Dunlea Centre we work with young people with varied mental health diagnosis and weighted blankets assist those with autism, ADD, ADHD and anxiety disorders.
Victoria from the Neptune Team said: “We have created the Neptune Project to give back to our community and find ways we can help support those that need it most. We loved working with the Dunlea Centre by donating a wide range of our Neptune Blankets to help support their wonderful service assisting young people.”
